I have wagered on millions of rounds of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of funds at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the house.

I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or beat the house, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that 21 appears to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this tactic! And a couple of days ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

You must understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the runs you witness playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager

Wager 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Bet 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original ten dollar bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet

Bet $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40

Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the original $40 bet

Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 wager

Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet

If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
